Clear pricing
Photography begins at $299 and adjusts gradually with the size of the property — no brackets, no jumps. The package sets how far the marketing goes.
Our first 5 booked properties get 15% off the entire shoot, add-ons included — all we ask for in return is an honest review. Every price below already reflects it.

À la carte
À la carte prices are shown at list. The founding 15% applies to your whole booking, add-ons included.
A note on twilight: dusk is a separate window. If we can schedule your main shoot for the late afternoon, we simply stay through sunset and it's $199. If it needs its own evening trip, it's $249. We'll tell you which when we confirm.
What's included
The photo count scales with the home — roughly 20 photographs at 1,000 sq ft rising to 55 at 6,500, calculated from your exact square footage. HDR interiors and exteriors, professionally color-corrected. Delivered as an online gallery with MLS-sized, full-resolution and social-cropped versions.
10 finished aerial photographs plus aerial video clips. Flown by an FAA Part 107-certified drone operator, $1M insured. Flat rate at any property size.
20–30 seconds, vertical 9:16, captioned, licensed music. In Spotlight the reel is built from aerial footage plus a ground-level motion pass we shoot on site. In Signature it’s cut from your full cinematic film.
8–12 exterior photographs shot in the blue hour, either just after sunset or just before sunrise. It is an add-on, not a shoot on its own — it doesn't include interiors or daytime exteriors.
The price depends on scheduling. $199 when we can run it off the same visit — a late-afternoon session that stays through sunset, or a dawn session that rolls straight into the interiors. $249 when it needs its own trip. We'll tell you which applies when we confirm your date.
Prefer the look without the scheduling? A day-to-dusk edit converts one of your daytime exteriors into a twilight image for $45 — no second visit. It is a digital enhancement, and we label it as such so you can disclose it wherever your MLS requires.
60–90 second listing film, horizontal 16:9, 4K — gimbal walkthrough, licensed music, branded intro and outro. Includes a 20–30 second vertical social reel (9:16, captioned) cut from the film.
A clean, mobile-ready landing page for the listing — your photos, film, floor plan and contact details on one link you can drop into the MLS, a QR code or a postcard. $129, live for 12 months or until the property sells.
A 20–40 second piece to camera, shot on location and cut into your listing film or delivered as a standalone vertical. We bring the mic and light and we'll direct you — no script memorizing. $200, adds about 45 minutes on site.
Virtual staging, day-to-dusk conversions and item removal are digital enhancements of a real photograph. We deliver them clearly labelled so you can disclose them wherever your MLS or local rules require it. We never alter a property's actual structure or condition.
Included across the DFW metroplex — Dallas, Tarrant, Collin and Denton counties. Outside that, travel is quoted before booking.
Our first 5 booked properties get 15% off the entire shoot, add-ons included. All we ask in return is an honest review once you've seen the work.
It's a launch offer, not our price. Once the 5 are taken it ends and anything booked afterwards is at list. We'll tell you plainly which one you're getting when we confirm your date.
Nothing is due when you submit your request. We review the details and email you a confirmation with your date and a deposit link. The 50% deposit locks the date; the balance is due on delivery.
Use your media freely, forever, to market the listing and your own business — MLS, syndication, social, your website, print and "just sold" posts. The license is yours and doesn't transfer: if the property re-lists with a different agent, or a builder, brokerage or seller wants it for their own campaigns, that's a separate license.
Kymba retains copyright, and may show completed work in our portfolio and on social. If a listing is confidential, just tell us in writing before the shoot and we won't publish any of it — no questions, no price change.
The home should be photo-ready at the scheduled time. We'll do light tidying — straightening, lights on, minor décor adjustments — but not deep staging or furniture moving.
